Reviews and Ratings
The hotel had modern, clean rooms with a large smart TV, but the size was uncomfortable and felt claustrophobic. The service was friendly and efficient. The location was good for us, being a short walk from the centre. The dining was fine. Overall, a decent stay with a few drawbacks.
I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The deluxe double room over the bar area was spacious and comfortable, but not as expected from the confirmation email, and definitely not worth the price paid. The bar staff and waiter service were very welcoming and attentive, which was a highlight. However, the slightly run-down location in Boston might not suit everyone and made me feel less safe than I would have liked.
The hotel's location was excellent, perfect for our stay, with a pretty exterior. The rooms were tiny and narrow, some noise from continuous traffic was a downside. The service was outstanding, very customer-focused and courteous. The dining experience had its flaws with poor breakfast options. The overall feel of the location was a bit run down, despite being well designed in parts.
